Adelino has successfully led and coached medium and large multi-functional and multi-cultural teams in the implementation of projects of high impact and complexity in national (SME’s) and multinational, medium and large companies.
He has significant project and direct management skills and change management expertise, having interacted with top, middle managers and shop floor operators from different cultures and management maturity levels to enable Lean tools execution.
