Founded in 1990, TecMinho is an association of private non-profit law, with promoters such as the University of Minho and the Association of Municipalities of Vale do Ave (AMAVE).
TecMinho is one of the oldest university structures of knowledge transfer in Portugal.
As the interface of the University of Minho, TecMinho's mission is to valorise and transfer knowledge to the business fabric and other economic and social actors, contributing to innovation, entrepreneurship and the development of the skills of organizations and individuals.
