INIAV is the State Laboratory of the area of competence of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, which develops research activities in the agronomic and veterinary fields. INIAV was created in 2012, with the attributions related to the agricultural research (L-INIA) and veterinary research (L-LNIV of the former National Institute of Biological Resources I.P. (INRB).
