Discription:

INCUB TRAINING aims to contribute to promoting the coordination and training of agents and entities that are involved in the development of entrepreneurship, so that they improve their skills and the capabilities to enter in the work market, in particular through the development of own businesses.

Started in late 2014, the Erasmus + project has the following objectives: to encourage and develop a collaborative learning and critical thinking, promote methodologies of open and flexible learning, create and implement an e-learning platform as an Open Educational Resource (OER) and improve training and professional skills, especially in strategic development areas (such as business creation and youth employment), organizational management and internationalization.

To achieve the objectives of improving the technical skills and audience of professionals identified by the project INCUB TRAINING, including students in higher education, technical and vocational and secondary managers of business incubators and various organizations, focused on regional development, the project aim is to promote the use of the platform by the largest possible number of users / beneficiaries.
